Refund Policy

At Kartick Biswas (trading as NexbyteX Solutions), we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every project we deliver. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our team.

Project-Based Services

  • Before project commencement: Full refund available if the project has not been started.
  • During development (1-25% complete): 75% refund of the total project cost.
  • During development (26-50% complete): 50% refund of the total project cost.
  • During development (51-75% complete): 25% refund of the total project cost.
  • After 75% completion: No refund is applicable.

Consulting Services

Consulting fees are non-refundable once the consultation session has been delivered. If a session is cancelled 48+ hours in advance, a full refund will be provided.

Maintenance & Support Plans

Monthly maintenance and support plans can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Refunds for unused portions are provided on a pro-rata basis.

Cancellation Policy

Project Cancellation by Client

Clients may cancel a project at any time by providing written notice. The refund amount will be determined based on the percentage of work completed as outlined in the refund policy above.

Project Cancellation by NexbyteX

We reserve the right to cancel a project if:

  • The client fails to provide required inputs or feedback for more than 30 days
  • The client violates the terms and conditions of the agreement
  • There is a conflict of interest or ethical concern

In such cases, a full refund of all payments made will be issued.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please email us at team@nexbytex.in with your project details and reason for cancellation. We will process your request within 5-7 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days and credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
